Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as a
trusted partner for its customers and influence positive business
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients for
strategic guidance and support
Oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and identify upsell
opportunities
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored account plans and
monitor progress
Required Qualifications
7+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, account
management, or strategic consulting roles
Experience in SaaS, technology, or software industries is
preferred
Proven experience in driving customer retention and expansion
Experience working with Salesforce and other CRM or GTM systems
