Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager for Tax
Products.
Key Responsibilities
Build and improve support for product and process launches with
cross-functional teams
Manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and monitor user
support indicators
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of tax reporting product launches
and implement feedback improvements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in operational, product, consulting, or
project management roles
Experience in building proactive, user-first support solutions
History of executing complex operational projects with diverse
teams
Data-driven decision-making experience
Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages is preferred
