A large Medical Center in the Southern California is actively seeking a Nurse Manager Surgical Services to lead their bustling Perioperative Services.Trusted with implementing essential clinical and operational best practices to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of inpatient surgical care through high quality nursing practices, the Clinical Nurse Director of Surgical Services issues guidelines and training programs to empower and equip nursing personnel and staff to maintain those quality standards.Under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Perioperative Clinical RN Director leads a first-rate team of operating room registered nurses and nurse specialists who are accountable for day-to-day clinical performance and quality outcomes.A broad range of procedures and specialties includes Vascular, Thoracic, and Weight Loss surgeries. The Surgical Services Clinical Nurse Director is indispensable to a department utilizing progressive techniques for traditional surgeries and advanced robotic systems. -The Nurse Manager Surgical Services will oversee one of the busiest Perioperative Departments in the region, and will be responsible for 9 OR's, over 800 monthly cases, 90 FTE's and will be supported by 4 Nurse Manager
