Job Description:
LHH is looking for a litigation paralegal in Los Angeles, CA.
The qualified candidate will be open to contract to hire position,
with 5+ years of experience and excellent stability in past
roles.Responsibilities:
--- - - - - - - - - Discovery, arbitrations, and trials in complex
cases.
--- - - - - - - - - Draft complex legal documents, trial prep from
beginning to end, cite checking and experience with lemon law,
consumer warranty highly desired.
--- - - - - - - - - Federal and state e-filing.Experience:
--- - - - - - - - - 6+ years as a litigation paralegal with trial
experience (defense).
--- - - - - - - - - eDiscovery experience.
--- - - - - - - - - Experience with Relativity, Westlaw, and
Lexis/Nexis.
--- - - - - - - - - Experience with Cite-Checking and Blue
Booking.Qualifications:
--- - - - - - - - - Paralegal Certificate.
--- - - - - - - - - Bachelor\u2019s degree (preferred)
--- - - - - - - - - Contract to Hire
--- - - - - - - - - 100% remote must have CA litigation
experience.
