Job Description:
A company is looking for a Securities and Structured Finance
Attorney for a remote contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients and in-house groups on various commercial
transactions
Advise on regulatory matters related to securities and structured
finance
Represent investment funds and financial institutions in
transactions, including RMBS and ABS issuances
Required Qualifications
Must be actively licensed to practice law in the United States
4+ years of Big Law experience in the financial services
industry
Experience with lending transactions and securities offerings
Ability to work full-time in a long-term assignment
Experience with international regulations is ideal
