Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Investigator to manage
compliance and sales-related investigations.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess allegations of compliance violations based on
regulations and internal policies
Conduct interviews and document findings for investigatory
purposes
Prepare investigative reports and presentations for management and
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in
investigations, auditing, or risk analysis; or
Associates Degree with 4 years of applicable experience; or
High School/GED with 5 years of applicable experience may
substitute for the Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in investigations, auditing, and risk
analysis is required
Preferred experience in managed care or health insurance, and
familiarity with state and federal regulations
