Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Business
Analyst II to manage Qualified Health Plan applications and
compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Complete QHP federal and state application templates and documents
for medium/low-risk states
Audit QHP documents for compliance with regulations and
organizational standards
Analyze federal and state legislation to assess impacts on QHP and
regulatory filing documents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Health Care,
Political Science, or a related field
2+ years of regulatory experience in health insurance, legal, or
regulatory compliance
2+ years of experience in commercial health insurance and/or
behavioral health managed care preferred
2+ years of knowledge of SERFF and/or HIOS systems preferred
