Job Description:
A company is looking for a Rep, Enrollment Services 1 (Remote)
to assist potential members with Medicaid benefits
applications.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from prospective members and place outbound
calls to those requesting information
Assess federal guidelines to determine eligibility for Medicaid
benefits and guide prospective members through the application
process
Resolve inquiries related to providers affiliated with the Medicaid
line of business and assist with enrollment in Molina
Healthcare
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
1-3 years of sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience
Preferred: 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
